大赛简介
        “校园创新传播工场(ICCG)”是上汽通用汽车携手国内重点院校,为新一代具 有新视野、新思维的大学生提供展现创意和专业技能的创新平台。截至 2018 年底, ICCG 共收到 2029 份作品,先后与全球 220 余所高等院校年轻学子一同探索未来创新。 2019 年,ICCG 继续面向未来,聚焦前瞻设计,与大学生共同畅想未来交通及出行方式!

        Innovative Communication Campus Garage (ICCG) is an innovation platform created by SAIC-GM, in collaboration with China’s key universities to demonstrate the creative ideas and professional skills of young students. By the end of 2018, a total of 2,029 entries had been submitted to ICCG, which is dedicated to exploring the future with youngsters from 220 colleges and universities around the world. In 2019, ICCG will continue to focus on advanced design and collaborate with the young generation on transportation and mobility for the future.

作品提交格式建议
该命题为全开放命题,参赛者围绕命题,提交兼具原创性、完整性和创新性的方 案即可。不限专业、不限形式,鼓励大学生天马行空自由创想。
As the competition theme is an open one, participants are expected to submit original, complete, and innovative entries with no limits on the subject or style, and they are encouraged to be creative.

同时,为保障作品展示效果,大赛提供以下几种常见作品形式及相关格式建议供 参考,但不限于以下形式:
In the meantime, the following commonly seen entry styles and formats are provided for reference, but you are not limited to them:

汽车设计作品:
Auto Design:

●建议方案展示版面四张以上, A3 尺寸(420×297mm),jpg 格式, 且分辨率不低于 150dpi,排版形式不限。文件大小 150MB 以内;
Entries are expected to have at least four pages, A3(420×297mm)in size, jpg.format ,with a definition no lower than 150dpi..Layout form is not limited. Please keep the file size under 150MB ;

●展板内容尽可能展现:完整的创意过程;车身内外饰或 UX 方案全景渲染效果图,侧 视或顶视的车身布局(Package);内外饰方案细节设计;车型使用场景的渲染效果图等;
Content to showcase: Complete development of concept; Side or top view of package; An overall view rendering of interior/ 3 views of exterior / UX; Detail design; Scenario renderings, etc;

●提倡同学们以 Video demo,数字模型等更创新的形式来展示作品;
Participants are encouraged to adopt more innovative methods like Video Demos and digital models to showcase entries;

●可以从车身外饰、内饰、用户体验三大方向出发,自由组合,不局限于单一方向。
Participants can choose any directions of body exterior, interior design, or user experience , and can freely combine them. They are not limited to just one direction.

平面作品:

建议作品尺寸为 A3(420×297mm),分辨率不低于 300dpi,文件大小保持在 30MB 以 内,jpg 格式提交以达到最佳效果。
The suggested entry size is A3(420×297mm)in size, with a definition no lower than 300dpi and a file size under 30MB, submitted in jpg format for best results.


视频作品:
Video:

建议作品分辨率首选 1920×1080dpi 或 1280×720dpi 为佳,文件大小保持在 150 MB 以内,mp4 格式提交以更好地进行作品展示。
The suggested entry size is 1920×1080dpi or 1280×720dpi in definition, with a file size under 150MB and submitted in mp4 format for best results.

建议在使用(包括但不限于)PPT、Word 文件时,文件大小保持在 30MB 以内,pdf 格 式提交以保证作品的正常显示。

注:
优秀作品创作者可入选 ICCG 人才库,主办方上汽通用汽车有限公司将建立长效人才选拔 机制,在未来的实习就业岗位招聘中优先考虑库内人才。 在汽车模型制作阶段,ICCG 将支持获奖模型制作费用,以及获奖者一次国内往返上海的 大赛交通费用。
Note:
Participants with excellent entries may be selected for the ICCG talent pool. The organizaer SAIC-GM will establish a long-term talent selection mechanism, and those in the pool will be givern priority for future intership or employement recruitment. In the auto model making stage,ICCG will support the cost of award-winning model making and a domestic trip to and from Shanghai.

最佳团队大奖(1 个)
Best Team Prize (1)
获奖者为决赛得分最高的团队,获得 3 万元奖金,并获得海外游学体验。
Winner will be the team with the highest score in the final, to be awarded RMB 30,000。
bonus as well as an overseas study tour.

最佳外饰设计奖(1 名)
Best Exterior Design Prize (1)
获奖者为外饰设计单项最佳,获得 1 万元奖金。
Best exterior design winner will be awarded RMB 10,000.

最佳内饰设计奖(1 名)
Best Interior Design Prize (1)
获奖者为内饰设计单项最佳,获得 1 万元奖金。
Best interior design winner will be awarded RMB 10,000.

最佳 UX 设计奖(1 名)
Best UX Design Prize (1)
获奖者为 UX 设计单项最佳,获得 1 万元奖金。
Best UX design winner will be awarded RMB 10,000.

最佳未来科技奖(1 名)
Best Future Technology Prize (1)
获奖者为未来科技单项最佳,获得 1 万元奖金。
Best future technology winner will be awarded RMB 10,000.

最佳创新传播奖(1 名)
Best Innovative Communication Prize (1)
获奖者为创新传播单项最佳,获得 1 万元奖金。
Best innovative communication winner will be awarded RMB 10,000.

优胜奖(10 名)
Prize for Excellence (10)
针对初赛未能满足组队要求,但作品突出的选手颁发优胜奖证书及 2000 元奖金。
Participants who fail to meet team requirements but come up with excellent entries in the preliminary round will be awarded the Prize for Excellence certificate and a RMB 2,000 bonus.

最佳指导老师奖(5 名)
Best Tutor Prize (5)
获奖者为 5 项最佳单项奖获得者的指导老师,获得 3000 元奖金。
Winners will be tutors for the five single prizes and will be awarded RMB 3,000.

注:
(1) 主办方将按国家相关法律与法规要求从获奖者奖金中代扣税金。
(2) 若对奖项结果有任何争议, 一切均以终评结果为准;。
(3) 颁奖仪式于 2019 年 8 月 15 日(拟)在中国(上海)举办,参与颁奖仪式的交通、 食宿费用均由主办方承担。
(4) 最终解释权归活动主办方所有。
Notes:
(1) The organizer will deduct taxes from the winning prize money according to all relevant laws and regulations in China. 2) Any dispute regarding the competition results will be subject to final review. 3) An awards ceremony will be held in (Shanghai) China on Aug 15, 2019 (tentative). Related transportation and accommodation expenses will be borne by the organizer. 4) The ultimate right of interpretation belongs to the organizer of the event
参赛须知
1、参赛报名
Competition Sign-up

(1). 在国内外高等院校正式注册并仍在校就读的本科生、专科生、研究生均 可报名参加。不限国籍(地区)、专业、性别、年龄、种族。建议以个 人名义参赛,如团队报名,人数不超过 5 人。
Undergraduates, associate degree students and postgraduates officially registered and still enrolled at colleges and universities both domestic and abroad are all eligible to participate, with no limits to nationality (region), major, gender, age, and ethnic group. Participants are encouraged to sign up as individuals. For team sign-up, one team shall have no more than 5 people.

(2). 参赛者一律实行通过官方网站下载报名表,提交参赛作品及报名表至官 方邮箱。
Participants shall download the sign-up form from the official website, and submit entry and sign-up forms to the official email.

(3). 参赛者报名时应如实填写各项参赛信息,信息内容填写错误、遗漏等均 会导致无法获得参赛资格。
Participants shall truthfully fill in all relevant information. Any mistake or incomplete information will be grounds for disqualification from the competition.

(4). 所有作品须附加作者有效身份证件的电子文件以及作者近照各一份(JPG 格式、分辨率不低于 300dpi)
All entries shall be enclosed with participants’ e-copy valid ID and a recent photo (JPG format, with definition no lower than 300dpi).

(5). 以上所有文件打包为 RAR 格式上传,并以 “学校名称-选手姓名-作品名 称”的格式命名(如: xx 大学-乔治-Buick Concept.rar )
All the above files shall be processed as a zip file in RAR format for uploading, and entitled “school name-participant name-entry name” (for instance: XX University-George-Buick Conept.rar)

2、参赛要求
Competition Requirements
(1). 参赛作品提交截止时间为 2019 年 06 月 15 日 24 点。
Entry submission deadline is Jun 15 (24:00), 2019.

(2). 参赛作品应遵守中华人民共和国有关法律法规,不得包含性别、地域、 种族和宗教歧视内容。凡不符合要求的作品,将被取消参赛资格。
All entries shall comply with relevant laws and regulations in P.R.China, and shall not include any discriminatory content based on gender, region, ethnicity, or religion, which will be grounds for disqualification from the competition.

(3). 每件作品必须有至少一位指导老师(指导老师须在校任教,不限专业)
There shall be at least one tutor for each entry (still teaching at school with no limit to major).

3、版权要求
Copyright Requirements

(1). 参赛作品均须为参赛者本人自行创意的原创作品,为参赛者本人所有;
如参赛作品系依据其他作品改编或引用其他作品,参赛者应保证其已合 法享有原作品的改编权或使用权,并保证大赛组委会及主办单位合法拥 有对参赛作品的使用权。
All entries shall be original works independently created and owned by the participants themselves. If entries involve an adaptation or quotation from other work, participants shall guarantee they have legally obtained the right of adaptation or use of the original work and guarantee the competition organizing committee and organizer’s legal right to use their entries.

(2). 大赛组委会不负责核实参赛作品的所有权。若参赛作品发生任何侵犯第 三方人身权、知识产权的行为,参赛者和参赛作品将被立即取消参赛或 得奖资格,并且由此引发的一切责任和损失,对大赛主办方造成的损失 应由参赛者自行承担。
The competition organizing committee is not responsible for verifying ownership of entries. If entries involve any infringement of third-party personality rights or intellectual property rights, participants and their entries will be immediately disqualified from the competition. All related reliabilities and loss, as well as any loss caused to the organizer, shall be borne by the participants themselves.

(3). 参赛者在不可撤销同意并无偿授权,大赛主办方合法拥有对参赛作品的 如下权利:
While participants shall retain their consent and non-reimbursable authorization, the competition organier will legally own the rights to the entries as follows;

(a) 为了推广本项赛事,进行公关播送、公开传播、复印、复制、出版或 在一切相关活动中进行展示利用;
For competition publicity, to demonstrate and use in PR communication, public communication, photocopying, reproduction, publishing or other related activities;

(b) 将参赛作品编制成视频或任何形式的专辑,进行营利或非营利推广;
To produce video or any kind of special conent for profitable or non- profitable promotion;

(c) 将所有参赛作品授予传播媒体,进行报道刊载播放;
To provide all entries to media for reporting, publication and broadcast;

(d) 大赛主办品牌方为自身宣传需要将参赛作品进行展示和传播(需注明 “第五届上汽通用汽车校园创新传播工场(ICCG)校园创新大赛的参 赛作品”及“参赛作者姓名”),期限为自本次大赛闭幕起的一年内。
To be used for showcasing and communication by the competition organizer for its own publicity (to be specified as “Entries for the Fifth SAIC-GM ICCG Campus Innovation Competition” with “Participant Name.” Duration will be one year beginning from the competition closure.
